Warrior Praise is an ever-changing list of people who love the Lord and are willing to play together.  The music on the site had some great people on it.  My wife, Elaine, son Freddy (greatest drummer I ever played with), Mark Warrior For Jesus Fielding (and family), brother Mike, Donna, Lisa, Steve, Mark, Gail, Beth, Jessie.  We recorded at a Great studio called Avalon.  Joey Butera was the engineer and did a terrific job in bringing out the sounds.

From a spiritual perspective, we all just love to play together and for Him!  Most of us are rescued out of the world by Jesus.  I played in bars for years with my brother Mike.  We were headed the wrong way in a big way.

Since being rescued, we have raised families and been playing in church for years.

About me (it's NOT all about me!)
I wrote the music and play guitar, keyboards, sing and play harmonica on the music.  Spent my first 20 years chasing a secular recording deal.  Second 20 years trying to understand more about the Lord and how music can fit in.  I didn't play much for my first few years of being saved.  Gave away a '65 strat, a dean flying Vee, a vintage hollow-body tele and several amps.  Crazy?  Yes, about Jesus.  I think it was necessary to break the very strong hold performing in the secular genre had on me.  When you think about it, being a rocker is like being a god.  People worship you.  I was a king as long as I played in a popular group.  Had it all and more (actually nothing).

So it was that Jesus worked some humility in me (humbly speaking) and I realized that He is the One who gets the worship and He is the true King (even Elvis knew that).

Over the last 5 plus years I have teamed up with Mark Fielding and Don Baker to form PraiseNation, SoulHunter, ChristWorldRadio and cTunes by Christonaa.  We have been exploring new ways to reach and teach people especially through music.

This song was a chorus I wrote while on staff at a church as Praise and Worship Pastor.  A few years later, one Saturday morning as I was driving on I-95, the words for the verses just dropped into my heart.  We played the song live the next day and it was a great success with the church.

Maker of Holiness

I wrote this song for a friend to use in his church.  I didn't like it much in its original form.  Another friend once told me (concerning songwriting) "Never fear the re-write!"  Great advice.  I completely re-wrote the song adding the "There is none like You, O Lord" chorus.  

You are Amazing

He is amazing.  This song came "live" in the middle of Praise and Worship one Sunday night.  I love this song best of all I have written.  Jesus is truly amazing and I sing it to Him!
